Mohaji Privacy Policy
Mohaji is a diary app that helps users record daily life using text, emoji, and tags.
Mohaji recognizes that user records may be highly personal and sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains what data Mohaji stores, what data it does not collect, and how users can manage their own data.
1. Collection of Personal Information
Mohaji does not currently require sign-up or login.
Mohaji does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or payment card information on developer-operated servers.
Mohaji does not store your diary content on developer-operated servers.
2. Data Stored on Device
For app functionality, Mohaji may store the following data on your device:
- Diary body text that you write
- Emoji that you enter or select
- Tag or relationship names and emoji
- Record dates and times
- Drafts in progress
- App settings
- Subscription status information as confirmed through the App Store
This data is used on your device to provide app functionality.
3. Purpose of Data Use
Mohaji uses data stored on the device for the following purposes:
- Writing and displaying diary records
- Showing records in calendar or list views
- Displaying emoji and tags
- Providing in-app statistics and summaries
- Auto-saving drafts
- Checking subscription status
- Maintaining and improving the app experience
Mohaji does not sell diary content for advertising purposes or provide it to third parties.
4. Data Storage Location
Your record data is stored on your device by default.
Mohaji does not currently upload or store your records on developer servers.
If Mohaji later adds iCloud sync, account features, server backup, or other cloud features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. iCloud Backup
If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, Mohaji app data may be included in iCloud Backup according to Apple’s iCloud Backup settings and policies.
If you restore a new device from an iCloud Backup, Mohaji data may also be restored as part of that backup.
However, Mohaji does not currently provide its own iCloud sync system, so records are not automatically synced in real time across multiple devices.
6. Payments and Subscription
Mohaji may offer paid features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Mohaji does not have access to your credit card number, bank account information, Apple ID password, or other payment authentication information.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple account and Apple’s policies.
7. Third-Party Services
Mohaji does not currently use advertising SDKs or external analytics SDKs.
Mohaji does not sell or provide your diary content to third parties.
If Mohaji later adds advertising, analytics, account login, iCloud sync, server backup, or other external services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Your records may remain on your device until you delete them yourself or remove the app.
If you delete the app, Mohaji data stored on the device may also be deleted.
Data included in iCloud Backup may be handled according to Apple’s iCloud Backup policies.
9. Sensitive Records
Mohaji is an app that allows users to freely record daily life and emotions. Users may enter health notes, relationship notes, location-related notes, personal feelings, beliefs, or other private content.
Mohaji does not store this content on developer servers, but you are responsible for your own device security and for the content you choose to enter.

10. Children’s Privacy
Mohaji is available to users of all ages, but it is not primarily directed at children.
If a child uses Mohaji, parental guidance or consent may be required depending on the child’s age and the laws of the region where they live.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Mohaji may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in app features, legal requirements, or operations.
If the Privacy Policy changes, the revised version will be provided in the app or another appropriate location.
