Mohaji Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Mohaji app. By using Mohaji, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1. Introduction
Mohaji is a diary app that helps users record daily life with text, emoji, and tags.
Mohaji is provided as a tool for personal records and reflection.
2. Using Mohaji
You must use Mohaji in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission
- Use the app in a way that infringes on the rights or privacy of others
- Attempt to access or manipulate parts of the app that you are not authorized to use
3. Your Records
You retain rights to the diary entries, text, emoji, tags, and other content you create in Mohaji.
Mohaji does not claim ownership of your private diary content.
You are responsible for the content you write, save, and manage in the app.
4. Data Storage and Backup
Mohaji stores diary data on your device by default.
If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, Mohaji app data may be included in iCloud Backup according to Apple settings and policies.
Mohaji does not currently provide its own cloud sync system. Unless a separate sync feature is added later, data may not automatically sync across devices.
You are responsible for managing your device, backups, and data retention.
Data may be lost due to device loss, app deletion, device reset, storage issues, backup settings, or other causes outside Mohaji’s reasonable control.
5. Paid Features and Subscription
Mohaji may offer paid features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
If a monthly subscription is offered, it is processed through the Apple App Store. Unless you cancel, the subscription may renew automatically according to Apple’s subscription policies.
Subscription pricing, duration, and included features are shown in the app or on the App Store before purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Refunds and billing issues are handled according to Apple’s policies.
Mohaji may provide a restore purchases feature so users can restore previous purchases or subscription status.
6. Changes to the App
Mohaji may change, update, add, or remove app features as needed.
The design, functionality, pricing, or availability of the app or paid features may also change.
Some features may be changed or discontinued for technical, operational, legal, or business reasons.
7. Not Professional Advice
Mohaji is a tool for personal records and reflection.
Mohaji does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Records, statistics, summaries, or other information shown in the app are provided only to support personal reflection.
If you need professional help, you should consult a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohaji is not responsible for data loss, device issues, app deletion, backup failures, operating system errors, user mistakes, or problems outside Mohaji’s reasonable control.
You are responsible for maintaining proper device security and backups.
9. Intellectual Property
The Mohaji app name, design, interface, code, graphics, text, and other app-related materials belong to the developer or rightful owners.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use any part of the app without permission.
10. Termination
You may stop using Mohaji at any time.
For legal, technical, security, or operational reasons, Mohaji may limit or suspend access to certain features.
11. Changes to These Terms
Mohaji may revise these terms from time to time.
If the terms change, the revised version will be provided in the app or another appropriate location.
If you continue using Mohaji after the revised terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
